Plenty of apps will read a menu line and tell you something is gluten-free or nut-free. A menu line is not evidence — it doesn't know what's in the stock, the sauce or the fryer, and neither do we. So we don't guess, in any language, at any price, with any disclaimer.
What we do instead is make the question easy to ask, of the one person who can actually answer it.
