Do I need an account?
No. Ask Bob works straight away as a guest. You can optionally Sign in with Apple so your saved guides follow you to a new device.
How do city guides work?
Ask for a city (or "5 km around me") and Bob writes you a beautiful PDF guide of his best picks. Guides you own can be re-downloaded free, forever, and open offline.
I bought a guide — where is it?
Open My Guides. Anything you own re-downloads free. If it's not showing after a reinstall, sign in with Apple so your guides are restored to your account, or email us and we'll sort it.
What's Bob Premium?
Premium unlocks Bob's guides within fair use, the hidden gem in each answer, and Bob's "perfect day" walk-through inside your guides. Manage or cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
How do I delete my data?
Delete your account from within the app to wipe your server-side and locally stored data, or email us to request it.
